Processing

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing can take longer during high-volume periods, supplier stock changes, fraud checks or address verification.

Delivery options and estimates

Available methods, estimated delivery windows and charges are shown at checkout for the destination and product. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Carrier operations, customs, weather, remote-area service and local disruptions can cause delays.

International fulfilment and split shipments

Tracking

When tracking is available, we email it after fulfilment. A first carrier scan can take several days to appear.

Address changes and delivery problems

If an order is materially late, lost, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate. Mandatory consumer rights, including the rules on when risk passes to a consumer, are not affected.
