Orders and contract formation
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. An order acknowledgement only confirms receipt. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for stock, pricing, payment, sanctions, safety or fraud reasons and will refund amounts taken for cancelled goods.
Prices and payment
The price, currency, delivery charge and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; we will ask whether you want to proceed at the corrected price.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses suffered by a consumer purchase.
